That's not good, I'm thinking. He was popular with the players and really went out of his way to work with them. What do you say, HCP?

I'm starting to feel a bit resentful towards Minnesota. It is strange and unpleasant.
Good for Bill Bayno, tough break for the Blazers. Hard to fault anybody if they have a chance to get out of "Dysfunction Junction" and go work for a class guy like Rick Adelman.

Yeah, the Minnesota Timberwolves...the cornerstone of stability in the NBA!
Note I said Rick Adelman. If he was just leaving to go be Bernie Bickerstaff Jr.'s back-bench guy, my opinion would be 540 degrees different (my head would spin around at least once before I regained my senses).
Ooh, so if the coach is steady, it's ok.
I'd say, as much as I dislike Nate's coaching, he's just as stable as Rick is.
The instability is based in the management of both teams.
It was about money and respect. Bayno loves the Blazers and did not want to leave at all but Portland management simply didn't make a fair offer. Sucks.

KS, where did you hear this bit of info?
