I don't know. I really honestly can see where O'Reilly is coming from on this one. I don't think that all or most illegal immigrants drink and drive, but if you have a problem with this one incident, there is nothing wrong with that (to claim that it is about being brown is kinda silly). It's not wrong to be very upset about someone coming here and doing that.And let's not forget that Geraldo is also a jackass. I think that O'Reilly's position was fairly sound, but I also think that he's not quite... eloquent.

Bill O'Reilly does have a point. He was not trying to be racist or against brown people...the drunk driver was an illegal alien, why shouldn't this be brought to the attention of the American Public. By showing that very detail, more Americans might see how much illegals in this country truly effect us. If the alien wasn't allowed in this country in the first place this incident would have never taken place. But yet Tony obscures this entire thing by saying that he was doing a "crusade against brown people" lmao

Bill O'Rielly is an idiot, and a racist.Drunk driving, and getting in the U.S. illegally are two different offenses. The only reason he should have been deported is because he was caught, and at the same time they found that the guy was an illegal immigrant. Drunk driving accidence's happen all the time - whether it was a "brown" person or not. I'm sure there's some crazy relation with like (number of drunk driving accidents / per 5 minutes.)

Also, these two issues (drunk driving and illegal aliens) tie together in this case beucase the drunk driver is an illegal alien therefore because he should not even be allowed in this country in the first place this incident should have never taken place. Bill O'Reilly wasn't being racist. He was letting the American Public know that letting illegals cross does have consequences as it already does. I just watched it again and I never hear Mr. O'Reilly say the word 'brown people' either....

Many of them do, but there are some that don't. I agree with Geraldo in that companies lure immigrants here, but that doesn't make it okay.

Geraldo lied when he said illegals commit crimes at a lower rate than normal people. 25% of california's inmates are illegals, and less than 25% of our population is.As for Bill O'Reily's argument, that he should have been deported, that's easier said than done to deport 12 million people so that one of them doesn't get into a drunk driving incident.And S2S, why the irrational hate for illegals? I think people are taking this thinking OReilly is racist against "brown" people, all he said pretty much was, we know this guy is an illegal immigrant....since we know it because of this accident, we need to deport him. Just because he got caught in another crime other than being an illegal alien, doesn't mean he shouldnt be deported.Its almost like catching a serial killer for a robbery, but only charging with an robbery offense, even though theres strong evidence he commited a murder....
