Just because Trump wants to suck up to/off one evil billionaire, doesn't mean Harris has to find her own evil billionaire.

Maybe new cabinet member for Kam.

I worked for Oracle for 13 years, I can tell you with absolue certainty that Larry Elisson would never work in a Democrats cabinet. Safra Katz the CEO of Oracle was offered a cabinet position in Trumps administration in early 2017, and she turned it down. Hard to blame her considering she at the time was making $25 million a year in salary. These folks are hardcore Republicans, and even if offered a plushed position from Kamala of their choice, they would never take it.

Did you notice that they were able to track down the golf course shooter using license plate reader cameras on the freeways?

The article I read said that someone (unnamed) took the picture. That seemed unlikely to me, in the chaos while the S.S. unsuccessfully chased the suspect. So I wondered whether it was an automatic camera at the private golf course security gate. Are you just guessing like I am that the picture was taken by a machine, or do you have a source?

Another thought...I read that nowadays, police demand film from Teslas parked near crimes. That means that the same cameras will soon festoon police car exteriors. That would photograph an escaping license plate.

The sheriff said in the interview that I watched that they got the vehicle ID, as you say, from a photo taken by a private citizen. Using that information, he said they were able to use “license plate readers” using cameras on the freeways to track the guy down.
