If you feel there are plenty of people out there with blue check marks who say stupid things and deserve to have a thread made about them, then by all means, go ahead and do it. Or you could just sit on the sidelines, doing no research and just making snide comments thinking you've totally put people in their places.
 
Not only that, but one of the reasons why people post things on here, is to talk about it or expose it to the light. And that's partly what I did here. I know that this is the same idiot who tried to have a press conference to accuse Robert Mueller of raping a woman, and it failed miserably. Like, epic failure bad.

So in a way, it's a Rorschach test.

And before you inquire, that's the royal you, so calm your tits.

However, It appears her father did in fact legally immigrate and has been here (apparently) for the requisite time for her to be a Natural Born Citizen.
I don't know where the guy got the 5 year requirement prior to her birth. I know of no such requirement.

So unlike Obama, her father did make her a Natural born citizen (near as I can see in a quick research)

According to the United States Constitution, all persons born in the United States are citizens by birth. Even Democrats who are not white.

Harris's father is a naturalized citizen of the United States. He came here legally in 1961 and became a citizen. His daughter Kamal born in the United States is therefore a natural citizen.

As I recall, technically after he was here 15 years, as according to the original naturalization law of 1792 or so that I think would be the logical precedent setting law,
she would indeed become a Natural Born Citizen. Where as she was a mere citizen before that time.

No where in the constitution does it say anything about a persons being a citizen ONLY if one of their parents is a citizen at the time of that persons birth. Nor does it say anything about the naturalization status of the candidates parents.

These are the requirements:

  • The individual must have been born in the United States or born to a parent who is a citizen of the United States;
  • The individual must be 35 years of age or older;
  • The individual must have been a resident in the United States for at least 14 years.

Also, from the 14th Amendment:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

So, I'm eager to see this reading....
