funny you mention Wallace as that's how many people describe what trump is about.

I still don't get how so many people think he's an ultra-racist when he's worked to get minorities a higher standard of living, etc. I mean, what is he doing to denigrate them?

Stop... you are smarter than this.

OK, then you point out to me he how he - personally - has set minorities back during his tenure. Links, please.

You know what man, at first I thought you were joking around with all this......but you are actually serious. You wake up in the morning thinking you have the right man leading our nation. Like you go to bed at night content the he speaks for you and your values. The way he treats and speaks to women and minorities or even other humans is EXACTLY as you would or do. I'm done interacting with you if this is true.

How ‘bout you providing links showing how he has made minority lives better since 2016. Hard facts please....

Who did they ask? That does matter.

Because in the *link* you provided they kind of show how things aren't as rosey as you think they are.

More than 60% of Democrats think life for young black Americans has gotten worse under Trump and that the government needs to do more to help. Republicans disagree, while unaffiliated voters are more closely divided.

But Democrats (60%) also feel much more strongly than Republicans (32%) and unaffiliateds (44%) that the deteriorating relationship between the president and black members of Congress is bad for black America.

Among black voters, 59% think life for young blacks has gotten worse under Trump, and 66% say the government has done too little to improve their conditions. Sixty-eight percent (68%) feel, though, that the bad relations between Trump and black members of Congress are also bad for black America.

So basically, your link should say "republicans voters think"

It is a difficult pill to swallow, if people actually support how he talks to and treats women, minorities and people he disagree with.

I know that people will say Obama talked to people on the right rudely, but if you actually ask them to point out when, they really can't. At best they'll bring up the "deplorables" thing, but that's mostly a false flag.

He was the first black President, he wasn't about to be a rude or angry sounding person. If anything, he over-thought what he was going to say and was too weak on confrontation.

Good start! But everyone of those links was from 2019. The newest from November. I’m very curious how they feel about him today, you know, with the black community hit harder by Covid than other American community, black people still dying by cop, etc, etc. Politics always has been, and always will be a “what have you done for me today?” game.......

I understand. But, to point to Trump as a racist, hence, the specific problem to today's societal flaws in that regard, would be a long, long stretch.

I had pointed to this article in a recent post. These types of things can happen to any president.
