Somebody hinted that Julius thought HailBlazer was a racist. This is a serious matter and it would seem that Julius has the right to respond.
So far, I don't see this as getting out of control but it's close. Problem is that everyone thinks they are right. I see the solution as some valuable suggestions on how to improve the communication. I think that less confusion would go a long way here.

All whites are racist. Sorry, just how it is no matter how many black squares you put out there on your instagram. Until you empty your bank account into the black community and publicly check your privilege, and kiss the ring, we will assume all whites are racist.


I'm waiting for the White Day of Atonement, where whites must take a knee and list how they have oppressed blacks. Its happening in smaller cells right now, but it will gain momentum!

Yes, I agree except of different reasons. Racism was taught to Whites when they were young and impressionable. All we can do now is do our best to renew the fight against racism every day. The fight is for the future not for past transgressions. It's not what you believed before that counts it's what you believe now.

Yes, that is a serious accusation. Julius responded then OB clarified and apologized and Julius accepted the clarification and apology. It should have ended there, but kept going and going and going. Another poster tried to rile it up Thus my enough.

Right. Like white America as a whole is going humble themselves in a kimbaya moment. You’re gonna have to (unfortunately) be satisfied with the white folk who are currently doing their best to atone. Your pipe dream isn’t going to happen overnight. If it happens at all....

No, I'm an invalid and cannot kneel unless I never want to get up again. About a week ago, I was sitting on the bed and trying to pull my pants up. I fell forward on the floor and couldn't get up for ten minutes until my wife returned from the garage.

Additionally, I only kneel for the Lord God and even then sometimes I'm not well enough to kneel on the padded kneeler. The priest never makes an issue of my disability and how it complicates my life in church. The clergy are wonderful loving people.

I would take a knee during the National Anthem if it were physically possible but it's not. I don't even stand for the National Anthem at basketball games because it's really difficult for me.

There are two types of second degree murder: intentional/drive-by shooting and unintentional. The maximum sentence for second degree murder is less than 40 years in prison. Intentional second degree murder is intentional murder without premeditation. Second degree murder by drive-by shooting is exactly as it sounds so long as the drive-by shooting is what is defined by statute section 609.66, subdiv. 1(e). The statute for unintentional second degree murder lists two ways that this offense is committed: unintentional killing while committing or trying to commit certain felonies and certain acts in violation of an order for protection. There are two types of third degree murder. The first is an unintentional killing during a dangerous act with a depraved mental state. This offense carries a maximum prison sentence of 25 years. I guess they have to show malice by the officer. There's a chance he could get off on the 2nd Degree Murder now and just get convicted of involuntary manslaughter. He does have a repeated history of excessive use of force, but I don't know if that would constitute malice.

I guess its for the Jury to determine.

I'm guessing if he skates by on "involuntary manslaughter," the riots will redouble, since it was pretty obviously intentional murder. It took him 9 minutes, it wasn't accidental or involuntary.
