Context. Who was the aggressor? Cops are going to detain the aggressor in these situations. If guy on couch is calm but guy getting handcuffed is still aggressive they will subdue the aggressive one.
If in a mall, im sure there is video evidence showing what was going on right before they subdued and handcuffed the one kid?

I saw the video. White guy was the aggressor. The white guy even continued taunting the black guy after the police kneeled on him and handcuffed him. You would think police would stop kneeling on black people after Floyd but hey.

And for those in the other thread arguing systemic racism doesn't exist. It's right here.

They only rebuttal i might have is the video stops as soon as the female cop gets up and goes to the other kid. Did he them get cuffed too?

Looked like she was just telling him to sit back down. She had no cuffs out.

Besides, it doesn't matter. The cops came, saw a fight between a white guy and a black guy and immediately assumed the black guy was the aggressor, pinned him down with their knees and hand cuffed him, while telling the white dude to sit down...who then gets up in an intimidating fashion and stands over the cuffed black guy mouthing off, with the air of his white privilege.
