Remember when Blake Shelton was first cast on The Voice as a judge and all the promo pics had him looking lean and mean? Yeah, me too but sadly those days are over and that’s just fine with the 6 foot 5 inch country star. He has never made his heavy drinking a secret and sources close to Blake claim that as his marriage to Miranda Lambert continues to come under fire Blake drinks even more to cope.
According to the July 22nd print edition of GLOBE Blake has actually packed on 50 pounds in the last year and losing them really wouldn’t be too hard if he was willing to slow down a bit. If Blake cut back on his drinks and exercised even a little some of that weight would fall right off but he has made it clear that he has no intention of slowing down.
