Limited-Edition Glasses to Feature Donovan Clingan, Scoot Henderson & Shaedon Sharpe

PORTLAND, Ore. (October 28, 2024) – The Portland Trail Blazers have announced a new commemorative glassware series featuring Donovan Clingan, Scoot Henderson, and Shaedon Sharpe throughout the 2024-25 season. The collectible glasses will be available to the first 7,777 fans attending select home games at Moda Center.

This throw-back promotion became an instant fan-favorite when originally introduced in the early 90's and remained popular when a new series of collectible glasses was re-introduced during the 2013-14 season. The organization is excited to bring this fan-favorite back featuring three current Trail Blazers players for Rip City to celebrate.

The Commemorative Glassware Series Schedule:

  • November 13 vs. Minnesota Timberwolves – Donovan Clingan Glass
  • December 10-17 – TBD NBA Cup Game – Scoot Henderson Glass
  • January 16 vs. Los Angeles Clippers – Shaedon Sharpe Glass
To guarantee receiving the entire three-glass set, fans can purchase a Blazers Collectible Glasses Flex Pack, which includes tickets to all three games, plus all three collectible glasses by visiting Trailblazers.com/ticket-packs or by calling 844-RIP-CITY. There are only 100 Flex Packs available, so act fast to ensure you receive the entire glass set!

Rip City United Members will have the chance to secure a set of these collectible glasses during their annual RCU Rewards redemption, and communication around that process will take place in early 2025.

Visit Trailblazers.com/ticket-packs to explore other Flex Packs, such as the Prime Time Flex Pack or a Fan’s Choice Pack that allows you to customize your own ticket pack with only the matchups you want to see, the more games you add, the more benefits you see.

Explore other Ticket Packs, including the Big Game Pack (9 Games, starting at $31/Game), the Weekend Pack (8 Games, starting at $21/Game), and the Rising Stars Pack (9 Games, Starting at $11/Game). Ticket Pack benefits include flexible payment options, consistent seat locations, the best prices and no fees, and the ability to exchange one game in your package via Account Manager for an equally valued, or below, game.

This sucks. You can only get the glasses if you attend certain games. A good percentage of Blazer Fans can't go to games, such as those who live out of the area, like me.

Way overpay on Ebay?
Or don’t get ‘em. I can’t get them either. Rewarding those who come to games.

Wow, really? They're rewarding those who come to games? Why didn't I think of that?
Yeah, I was curious why you weren’t getting a handle on the situation. You got to games early, chance you get a glass. The good percentage of fans who cant, won’t.

Cool. Another slap in the face to loyal season ticket holders…

I love being last to be eligible or just be ineligible for things because i actually committed to the season unlike others…

I still got 6x Dame glasses.... Had thought of selling them at some point, but can't imagine with him being traded away last year now is a good time to sell.

Odd that they're only giving them to select fans or a certain number (7777)... the last glasses they gave away to everyone in attendance when exiting the arena.

Wait till he comes back and wins one with us.
With that said. Id buy one from ya for my collection. I never found any Dame glasses.

I think its fine to have it as a glass given out to a game. The Blazers are using it to promote tickets which I'm sure will be very hard for them to sell this year. If you really want it plan to go to that game. Or as you say pay some extra and buy on ebay or such.

But having it limited to 7777 fans REALLY sucks, what if there is traffic and your fan 7800 who walks in the door, you get nothing?

Buy me a beer in Austin Texas and I'll give you one.

Crazy that I've hauled them around for 15 years or whatever including moving multiple times all the way from Portland to Texas.

Kind of a hassle to ship unless I can flip for $100+ or something.

they haven't done anything like that for all for a few years now as far as i know.
When I got the Dame glass I went to the game and the Blazers handed it out to every fan exiting the arena. Think it was around 2013 or something.

They were selling on ebay for $50-100 each so I offered a bunch of other fans $5-20 each or something and ended up with a half dozen glasses. But was to lazy to list selling any so I've just had them sitting around here every since, hoping that Dame legacy would turn them into some higher value collectible.

Right now I'd have to imagine is probably about their lowest point of worth.

Im jealous. I have almost every bobblehead of his but not a single glass!!

I will add, it sucks to be handed things upon entry. No room in the seats to keep things. Hand them out at the end!!!

I've seen people start to go out the door, get their Jamba Juice free drink coupon and then jump out of line and do it again. Glasses at the end would be a shit show.

Hmm… well, at least I can say I truly don’t give a crap.

yes but when i kick mine over and it falls and breaks in the handicapped section, that too would be a shit show.

really its not getting first option as a season ticket holder that urks me. Did you know random fans can choose to upgrade their tix last minute but its unavailable for season ticket holders? So when 100 level tix are available, som casual fan has the ability to upgrade his tix to move to 100 but i do not?

Does anyone have a list of all the glasses that have been made? I remember the early 90s Dairy Queen ones a friend had and think it was the starters plus robert pack or something. Can't remember if that was only one year or a number of years.

Then there was the 5 glasses of LMA/Rolo/Nic/Wes/Dame.

Would be cool to have a collection of every glass.

It seemed pretty orderly and I think the Blazers employees were very strict about it being a one way line so that wasn't really a big issue.
