Is it just me or does cunningham look like he is missing his two front teeth? If so anyone know what happened?

Why the hell is Blake gaurding TJ Ford when Bayless is out there?

He has 2 assists in 7 mins as opposed to 3 in 13 mins for Blake. I think he's doing fine.

I wasn't comparing him to Blake. I was referring to a bad pass that cost us a bucket.

Blake's a good defender. We won the Houston game because of his defense on Brooks.

I typically don't judge a player on isolated incidents. I remember Blake getting burned multiple times in the playoffs last year by Brooks.

Ugh, we are letting this team hang around. Even in our depleted state we're still much better than this bunch of scrubs from Indiana.

We won the Houston game because of Andre Miller in the 3rd and Brandon Roy in the 4th. Blake is an adequate defender but I'd rather see Bayless on Ford and Blake on Jones.

Brooks shot 10 of 36 in Games 3, 4, & 5 of the playoffs.

We're up 7 with Roy playing only 13 mins. I can't help but think we would have been able to stomp on their throats if Dean played Roy with 2 fouls.

I'm liking Bayless' decision making quite a bit better than I remember him having in the past. I sucked to see him blow by Head and not be able to finish, but I like the high percentage nature of the shot plus him making his jumper more consistently.

All-in-all, I like the effort, but they gotta keep Hansbrough and Foster off the offensive glass; if not for those breakdowns this would be a 10-15 point lead.

I don't. Maybe for one game when he held Brooks to 5 points. The rest of the series though, Brooks averaged around 17ppg. A lot more than he averaged on the year last season.

Bayless is the only player on the team that can consistently get to the basket. I'd really love to see him play 25+ a game. He's good enough.

Also, Pacers are practically a D-League team without Granger, but I'll take the win.

Miller and Roy are both pretty good at it too  but I get your point; the guy gets to the line at an insane rate. The fact that he's starting to hit his mid-range jumpers more consistently is huge, because defenders are going to have a hard time sagging off of him and setting up to take the charge (which Bayless is wont to do).

If nothing else, I'm glad Jerryd is going to get extended run; the team should have a decent idea of how he fits in by the end of this year -- presuming he doesn't get his wish to be traded.

Or maybe you:

1) Play Roy more than 13 mins, or

2.) Give Aldridge more shots?

Well sure, but I'm willing to cut Dean and Monty a little slack. Who knows, maybe Brandon is hurting a little bit (wouldn't that be special :sigh:)

Yah, really liking what I am seeing from Bayless; at least he doesn't fuck around with the ball late in the shot clock. Blake is doing that almost everytime he's touching the ball, its ugly.

Really liking Howard fighting. Liking Aldridge's effort out there.

Webs really needs to figure out his shot, it's so odd....I dont know how a pure shooter misses so much.

Roy's just marinating.... :)

Dre is dre....is dre....

Basically I love the game so far, just hope we see a Bayless/Roy backcourt here soon

And less Kingspeed B/S about Blake would be awesome (go to the damn game already!) :) :)

No, I'm sure it was for fouls. Once Brandon got his second, they called him back. *roll*

Oh, and I feel like Blake is morphing into Serdribble Rodribble this season.

When Rudy comes back I'd still give all the minutes to Bayless. IMO it's clear who the better player is.

Blake is playing "crafty" more than solid defense, but man, if he can't hit a shot it sure makes it tough to watch him out there.
