Blazers 25/1 to win it all

I'm sitting at the Palazzo getting ready for the Blazer game and Portland is 25/1 to win it this year. They started out at 20/1. I would have assumed with the trade and their record it would be better not worse then at the beginning of the year.

There must be no one betting on them. Should I put $20 down, it would pay for a trip back down later if they won.

Also put a parlay on a Blazer victory and the over (197.5)

I saw it as 30/1 a week or two ago. I thought they were more like 35/1 earlier this year. I think they often have pretty good odds because they don't have a ton of fans betting on them.
