I think it's clear that if we score more points than our opponents we'll win most of our games.
 
I disagree, I'm pretty sure the problem is not enough alley oops.
 
That's a really key stat. Going back all the way through franchise history I can see that this has always been a problem. If Nate can't seem to get this under control we need to find a coach who can.
 
I see what you're saying, but opponent's FT% is actually a better indicator of future W-L record in any given year.
 
This is a stat that has always hindered the Blazers under Nate McMillan
 
This is from the Steve "Snapper" Jones playbook. Scoring more points is the one-and-only solution. They score a lots and lots of points? You simply figure out a way to score more. End of story.

Paul Westhead had a similar mindset.
 
On nights when we're struggling to score Nate should put a 6th player on the court like he did that one time.
 
We are undefeated with Tim Tebow as our starting center...
