Sadly teams with 30 point leads after the first 2 minutes of the game tend to let up. Maybe a few more embarrassing losses will actually force the Blazers to re-evaluate their infatuation with Mr Sonic

good luck with that one.

I agree that Nate needs to go. Not that he isn't a good coach, but this team has tuned him out. Failton has let the entire team down in that regard. I mean, he's been given crappy players and I get all that, but they just aren't playing for him. We have no shot at the playoffs, so he really needs to just step down.

I think he will.

First of all, he isn't a good coach. Secondly, we have a very good shot AT the playoffs, just not a good shot IN the playoffs. And lastly, I agree with you that the team has tuned Nate out.

agree, he's playin worse and worse, but who has any confidence in our "GM team" to get anything done? and we have a lot we need to do, what a cluster...

If you are thinking it, you might as well say it. Clusterfuck

Speaking of "clusterfuck" I think we have to assume this team does have a GM at this point ... a chubby bespectacled fellow with bad hair and a fondness for delicacies imported from Seattle. Does he actually think this team is close? Does he get how much work is needed to put this team back on a winning course? Does Nate McMillan have a set of incriminating photos of our "GM" in a compromised position with a farm animal?

So many questions.

Interesting read, guys. Much more fun than the game.

In the first five minutes, Felton had 3 Feltonesque turnovers, Nico missed 3 shots, LaMarcus missed at least 3, and the Flakers got away with camping in the key for at least 6 seconds twice, a couple over the backs and 2 travels. Game over. But really, the Blazers were completely at fault. The passing was horrible all game, and as someone else said, it appears Haarlow wore LaMarcus completely out before the game.

After a first quarter like that, how many here would have started the second quarter with Nolan, Elliot, Babbitt, Rhino and Chris Johnson? Yeah, the starters would mutiny, but Nate SHOULD have no job security at this point any way, so WTF? Just go Full Sarge on their asses.
