You mean calling people babies and mocking them isn't trying to start trouble? That's just a friendly gesture after a hard fought game?

Nice to meet you, as well. I believe I said something along the lines of "you guys should cry like babies", very tame as far as trash talk is concerned. And I said that, directing it at people who were whining about calls, which I hate.

I didn't really mock anybody. I made one comment about crying over calls like a baby, and it cut deep, apparently. I thought it was a pretty lame comment to make, seeing as though it's probably the go to insult for most 5 year olds, but I was wrong. i offended people and I'm sorry about that.

I understand that you hate people whining, I do to (even though I do it sometimes), however, perhaps it is just best to let us vent a little and then we can all become friends again. :)

But anyway, it may be tame trash talk, but it still relates to a game we are saddening that we not only lost, but lost yet another Blazer to injury. Our team put out a great effort and in the end I think our fans just felt like we should have won and thus, the final call is something some of us think we got hosed on (which I said I cannot comment on as I did not see it). Regardless, it was a well played game it seems like, props to the Celtics, but without being biased I have to give props to the Blazers even more without our all-star, duo centers, Batum and Bayless (who seemed to be having a nice game looking at the boxscore before he got hurt. :)
 
nice we've been upgraded from babies to 5yr olds :P just cut yer loses mate n move on.

our forum, our thread, our discussion - you're welcome to discuss the game n the calls but leave the snide 'lame' comments out? surely too too much to ask :P

The Blazers are awesome. i was scared the Celtics were going to lose tonight. I can't believe how deep you guys are and how well you can play WITHOUT Roy. Coming to Boston like that and going into OT should be considered a W, I think.

No, i just found it funny how you actually thought there was something wrong with my post and that it somehow broke the rules or something. I thought you were kidding around.

It was pretty mild, and it didn't really bother me, but you know how a lot of this board is -- you basically threw match on a pile of gasoline soaked rags. :wink:

I've seen some of the back and forth between Blazers fans and Lakers fans on here. I figured my comment would just be laughed at and overlooked.

We have a history with DaRizzle from another board, and after games he is generally a gracious winner or loser.
