Wow.

Everybody bites on the troll bait. Well done, Maris!

I haven't seen any comments - why isn't Webster playing?

Gramps...

Nate said somthing minor was wrong with him pregame

He tweaked his hip or something along those lines; it's not serious. Nate is holding him out of the game as a pre-cautionary measure.

The turnovers to minutes ratio is started to pull even.

In all fairness, I do realize Nate never seems to care about winning preseason games at all, preferring to use them for what they are good for. Experimenting.

And although most of our team is familiar with each other and the gameplan, the Clips have one of the most devastating starting 5's in the league, and a bench deeply loaded with unrealized potential.

They could be a serious contender this spring.

Still, we sound lazy and dim-witted tonight, and the stats back it up.

10 assists for Telfair in 19 min of play. Kinda impressive.

The Clippers are going to be a CONTENDER!!!!!!!!!!?????????????? Based on what for fuck's sake?

Admitting they have a talented roster and anointing them contenders is such a leap it isn't even funny!

True. I do think they have a slight chance to make the playoffs though.

Okafor is better than Chandler.

Harvey's "analysis" is trash.

This game seems to lend credence to the theory that Miller does not fit well with the first unit and that Blake does not fit well with the second unit. I think it's more important to focus on which units these players fit with than on how talented they are compared to each other. And it's something I imagine the coaches will keep looking at.

It's time to start thinking about moving Roy. He doesn't mesh well with Miller.

I just saw a little bit of the highlights.

Blake Griffin looks like a bulky SF. He's so much shorter than I thought.

Just got back from the game and needless to say it was the ugliest thing I've seen in a long time. But in an effort to stay positive, here are the good things I did see tonight:

Thanks for your in-depth analysis. It really brings what we heard on the radio into context.

That's why I always compare him to Corliss Williamson and Rodney Rogers.

Blake Griffin NBA Combine measurements

Height(no shoes) - 6'8.5
Height(with shoes) - 6'10
Weight - 248
Wingspan - 6'11.25
Standing reach - 8'9

Rodney Rogers - 6'7.5"

6. Corliss Williamson, Arkansas. h: 6-5.5 w: 244

:dunno:

Wow.. Telfair looked like a version of Sergio that actually has the physical tools to be a good passing PG.

went to the game last night, what a shit.

I thought Roy moved well. He has to do less work with Miller in there. Didn't do much but I liked his movements, looked very nimble.

Miller did kind of suck it though. Did not run an offense, took a lot of shots himself. Alot of plays where no one else touched the ball.

They did not run any plays through the post really.

Bayless was terrible.

So many turnovers, such sloppy play. boo.
