The Zer's are using a defensive tactic that the Warriors have used effectively. They are using their hands by consistently swiping at the ball causing deflections and lose balls. When a player drives to the hoop watch how many hands are going to the ball. I heard a couple years ago in a Stott's interview that he was impressed with how the Warriors used their hands defensively by always getting their hands in the action and swiping.
