I am also unsure about his Bird rights. He only signed a two year contract

I thought someone had said there was an option for a third year ... ?

If not. Hmm. No bueno.

I guess we don't know what the next CBA will look like. Unrestricted free agency might not even exist.

Under current CBA, we'll have early bird rights, and can sign him for 175% of his current contract. That's good, I suppose, because it means we can sign him for ~13 million max. Paying 13 million a year for Felton makes me vomit, though.

Put it this way, a team headed by a PG among the last 10-12 names on my list would be no worse than one led by Felton.

That's possible. But only if the other players on that team are much better than the other players on Felton's team.
