I just saw this post come accross my RSS. It is a preview and prediction of the Blazers first five games. It is probably the hardest 5 game start that any NBA team has...

Here is my prediction.

Rockets: W

We beat San Antonio Halloween night and that's it. 1-4

We might only win 1 or 2 games but there is also a chance we could win the games in LA and Utah. The LA game is going to be really tough on the road where we never play very well but we did play well in Utah last year and even won one game. Even if we only go 1-4 and play well I wouldn't be that upset.

And the only reason I think we have a shot at the Spurs is because Ginobli is out. Looking farther ahead I think we'll be lucky to be 8-12 after 24 games in.
