Thanks, Gerald Wallace, for turning into a lazy a-hole at just the right time!

There is going to be a difference-maker available at #6. Hopefully the Blazers have the team in place to make the right pick, or right moves.

Reminds me a little bit of the 2006 draft, and the options available. Difference now is the Blazers already have a legitimate All-Star on the roster.

I'd be making calls to CHA or WAS to see if they'd be interested in swapping their picks for the #6/#11 picks.

I don't think I would. Other than Robinson, 2-11 is pretty similar stuff. Beal is rated higher, but I like Lamb at the NBA level more. I'd rather have 6 & 11 than 2 or 3.

If we get Greg Oden at #6 and Brandon Roy at #11 it would make up for everything!

Just saw the draft lottery. Congrats on having two picks.

I like it. Now New Orleans needs to move to Seattle.

We can now admit it. The Gerald Wallace trade was great!!

Go Blazers!

Wow, if the Nets lose Deron Williams because of this, it'll be pretty much catastrophe. With one bounce of a lottery ball they go from potentially DWill, Dwight Howard, Gerald Wallace and some ring-chasing oldies (Kevin Garnett?) to... none of the above. Now they'll have to keep Brook Lopez and throw money at Mr. Kardashian. Maybe they should just buy CSKA Moscow and relocate them.

Bullet dodged and the team now has a lot of resources for the rebuild (f**k saying reload when you are in the lottery).

I felt a little bad for Cho when the Bobcats lost out though.

I am happy having two picks in the lottery. I didn't care where they ended up as long as they were in the top 11. At least it will make the next 30 days more fun. I agree there are no difference makers, but we got the 6th pick in the draft for a player who opted out! That along with picking up the rights to JJ Hickson for nothing, I would have to say that things look better than they did in February.

Trade up!

Beal/Robinson/MKG are all ready to come in and contribute immediately.

The Summer League should be a lot of fun now!

Excellent!

I just hope they don't trade away the picks. At least not #6.

If the Blazer pick up his QO, they are insane. I like JJ, but we need all the cap room available for free agents and trades. This is a pivotal summer and I'd hate to see them tie up resources on a bench player.

I don't mind trading up, but aren't all three of those guys a little risky? I mean the whole lottery is risky but 2 of these three are undersized for their position and the third can't shoot. I wouldn't be surprised if one of them fell to us at 6. In your opinion are these three really that much better than what we could get at 6th?

I would trade up with the 6th and another piece to get Robinson. He's going to reach his potential. He won't ever be a superstar, but he'll be a really damn good player. Move Hickson for an asset and take Lamb at 11 or move the 11th plus the 2nds for him.

Maybe, but my point was we have his rights. If we want him he is ours. He is a better back up PF then we have had for quite a few years and allows LMA to play more center. Picking him up gives us another option, one we got for nothing.

Chad Ford with an early mock:

#6: Andre Drummond
#11: Jeremy Lamb
