I can't watch this right now, who did he punch? If it was Pau, Pau should worry about Batum doing it again and then holding up two fingers. How embarrassing, and to do that on an international stage?Batum punching people in the nuts!!! Dirty player and a sore loser.
At least it shows he has a mean streak; that's kind of encouraging. But I do hope he was retaliating for something that got done to him earlier...
Too bad it wasn't Rubio.
Wouldn't've mattered - Ricky's balls haven't dropped yet.
Great take! Rubio was 2nd in ROY voting even after missing half the season. His balls are huge.

He punched Navarro with intent from the start. Ran up to him with a closed fist and teeth clenched and hauled of on his sensitives.
interesting tidbit: ricky rubio had the worst shooting percentage in the nba last year
LOL Dumb Portland fans showing they don't know very much about basketball. How'd he do in steals and assists? Or do those count for nothing in this league you dream of? You would KILL to have Rubio as your PG and you all know it. True story.

Claver as usual was not allowed to play in an important game.
Sergio Scariolo is like the Spanish Nate McMillan. He has his favorites and is a bit of a control freak. Other Spanish players who do not flourish under him: Ricky Rubio and Serge Ibaka, who hardly played at all in the France game. I don't think that proves Ibaka is worthless.
Golliver's report on the Spain/France game http://www.blazersedge.com/2012/8/9...olympics-nicolas-batum-victor-claver-face-off . Claver as usual was not allowed to play in an important game. Batum got a rating of 6 out of 10. Defense pretty good and made a couple spectacular plays; but there seems to be a pattern developing; the better the competition and more important the game, the worse his offense gets. (Doesn't he also have poor shooting % in Blazer playoff games?)
I am extremely grateful that I do not respect Golliver's opinion on player analysis.
