Free agent forward Travis Outlaw, coming off his best season, is leaning towards re-signing with the Portland Trail Blazers, who are intent on completing the deal. "The big thing for us now is to get Travis signed," Blazers' coach Nate McMillan said Sunday. "As soon as we do that, we go into the season with that roster." Outlaw said he thinks his agent, Bill Duffy, is nearing completion of a deal and said he hopes he can sign a contract "sooner than later."
