Holy Shit...This team is cursed!

We need a fucking witch doctor, STAT!

Torn ligmanent(s), but same deal at this point.

Aldridge to start at center I guess...

Injury exception number 2? Not that it would help much.

did they say that? someone please!!!!

I know it's gallows humor, but at least he won't opt out of the last year of his deal.

Ya, Pen is going to have to play.

You almost have to laugh at this point. because if you're not laughing, you're probably crying.:dunno:

can someone please link me? I need to know wtf is going on

no TV or link what happened?!?!

Joel's knee buckled trying to go up for a board, and it just gave out.. one leg landed fine... the other.. it gave out and he landed right on his knee. It looked nasty.. and they had to put a towel over his knee so he wouldn't have to look at it..
And of course.. Joel was cursing

The camera was already away from what happened but both Mike and Mike said 'Oh no, this is not good, Joel is down." I am watching this on Comcast sportsnet.

Thanks for letting me know.. I'm going crazy!

He wasn't carried off though,,,but he wasn't using that knee either when he was helped off the court and into the locker room.

The internet feed is ahead of the comcast broadcast...

2 straight TO by us.

He landed on his butt with his left leg extended and his right shin under his thigh. In other words, imagine bending your leg under yourself and landing on it after you jumped--that's 250 lbs plus four feet of force.

It looked BAD.

They didn't say that that I know of (I can't hear from where I'm at, just watch), but having at least a decent background, I would be willing to bet money it's ligaments. Knees just don't bend sideways like that without torn ligaments (severe sprains). Maybe it will only be a 2nd degree sprain (partially torn), but I don't want to get my hopes up right now. Maybe I'll be completely wrong.

Did anyone else notice that it looked like his patella wasn't where it should have been?

So it looked to you that he hurt it jumping up and not coming down?
