I've usually found that in any sport, when the players aren't trying, it's because they're not buying the message the coach/manager is selling.

What sports have you played in professional leagues that give you that opinion?

Nate's offense is all about finding mismatches and going one on one. No movement.

Monty's team plays good 1v1 D, so we're struggling.

Where are the "boxing out" stats? Are you saying Nate teaches the team to not box out, yet they still historically rebound very well?

Nate has been out of the first round as both a player and a coach. My Miller complaint was that he had never been out of the first round with any of the numerous teams he was the starting PG for. Maybe that's why?

Not just outscored. Outrebounded, outworked. Sometimes, the other team is hot or we're rusty and that would be fine. But we've been unprofessional on the glass.

I don't hate Nate blindly like some do. I just think sometimes you need fresh ideas. I see talent on this team that isn't living up to its potential.

Hornets have only won 2 of their last 22 games, I believe, and they're missing some players. This is ridiculous. They're doubling us up on the rebounds?

better coaches have been fired for less.

he should be fired tomorrow. Injuries, roster and the players are not the reason why this team is under performing at Golden State like proportions.

Probably so. Perhaps it's time to bring back Mike Dunleavy, since he got out of the first round with the Blazers?

What that has to do with Andre Miller, who is a back-up on a borderline playoff team this year, does confuse me, though.
