Very deserving. That picture of him in the tie is possibly the whitest anyone has ever looked while holding a basketball. And that's counting everything Jeff Hornacek ever did.

Here's the thing about Damian Lillard:

I have always been fascinated by great shooting technique. I loved watching guys like Rick Barry, Dale Ellis, Larry Bird, Ray Allen, etc, probably many more.
Chris Mullin used to amaze me with the rotation that hit the net and seemingly barely moved it.

Lillard has the fastest spin on the ball that I have ever seen. Even when he misses, he barely misses most of the time. They all have a chance to go in it seems. I bet he will go down as one of the greatest shooters ever and he'll have some, maybe many, games when he is hotter than shit and drop 50+.
