At the half, the Blazers have already thrown up 14 treys - and made only 4.

Would somebody tell Nate that Howard is not playing, and that it is OK to go inside?

They swarm Aldridge. Problem is, the team has no idea what to do when Aldridge is doubled, so they just pass it around the perimeter and jack up threes.

Apparently you don't realize the Magic are packing it in and daring the Blazers to shoot. With them not respecting the Blazers' 3pt shooting it makes it that much harder to get inside.

McMillan is the anti-Jerry Sloan. Will somebody please cut to the fuckin hoop when they bring the double?

I just posted that a couple posts up. It was Matt Goukas dogging on McMillan's offense. Some could say the same thing about Van Gundy's offense.

Oh thanks. I'm not reading this thread, just posting and running back to the game. On atdhe, I think I'm watching over Al Jazeera sports network, the Orlando TV channel. Right now at half time, they have a British soccer game till my game returns.

I wish we could of acquired Chris Duhon to be our backup point. He's just wasting away on Orlando's bench since they got Arenas.

On the Knicks, he and Sergio shared time, but Duhon got an $8m contract, I think it was, so he jumped. The Knicks thought Sergio would stay but he then jumped to an offer from Europe. Since it happened twice within a month, the Knicks were obviously doing something wrong, but later came out alright by luck because Billups was a throw-in with Anthony.

The Orlando commentators say that it's strange we're not a fast break team, with Andre Miller being one of the best at running the fast break. They also say it's strange that someone with Aldridge's talent gets so few free throws.

These guys have us figured out. The answer to all their comments is, "McMillan."

Ironically enough, the Magic do the same thing with Howard. Live by the three, die by the three I guess.

3 point brick fest by both teams to start the 2nd half.

I guess we're going to stay content jacking up threes.

It's amazing how a good rebounding center covers so many of our mistakes...

Oden, Joel, Camby...

Wasn't a dumb foul. He did it on purpose. It was actually a smart foul on the missed free throw, Orlando had guys streaking. It stopped the ball and allowed them to setup defense. Its was a pretty heady play.

I didn';t see it that way Mick. The Orlando player had the ball on their baseline with no where to go and Mills fouls him with 3.2 seconds left allowing them to set up a half court shot.

Doesn't really matter but, IMO, they got a better shot attempt by Mills fouling than any attempt they could have gotten off without the foul.

They had guards streaking down the court. Mills had to come up from being above the 3 point line during the free throw. Meaning his opposing guard was streaking.

Camby is incredible on the boards.

Leave it to Andre to break our three point brickfest...

Wes for 3, finally!

hot sauce is going to beat fire sauce and mild sauce.

Damn Richardson

Dre steals, dishes to Wes for the fast break layup. Great play

Here comes our bench. Hopefully, they can turn this tide.
