If you use "Edge", click on the 3 dots at the top, then select "New InPrivate window". (If Chrome, go to the menu and find "Incognito"). Then paste the URL http://www.nbcsports.com/northwest/...r-favorite-blazers-outsiders-contest-finalist into the new window. Repeat as many times as you want to vote.

Problem is, if I do that more than once from the same link, it recognizes it and won't let me vote multiple times.
