How long have you been a fan? Since i was a boy, watching the Blazers win the 'Ship with my Dad

Who is your current favorite player? No Question.. Roy,Oden,Pryz,Outlaw,Bayless,RUDY!,Aldridge,Frye,Martell,Blake,Diogu,Sergio,Batum,and Raef's contract ( in no particular order!)
Who is your All Time favorite player? Billy Ray Bates (I kid), if I HAVE to name one I guess, Sabonis

What was your favorite moment? Christmas game last year at the Rose Garden, My eyes welling up when they announced MY Blazers, looking down at my 11 year old sons eyes welling up as they announced HIS Blazers, it was my first game in a long time and his first ever.... good times.

Fan since late 90's

My favorite current player would have to be Outlaw, I think it was his first or second year but when he both dunked on Yao Ming and then blocked Yao's own dunk attempt it cemented him into that spot.

All time player would have to be Sabonis

Favorite moment would be Winning the draft lottery. Me and my dorm mates were crammed into one tiny little room and we went absolutely berserk, things were broken.

How long have you been a fan? Started listening to games on the radio in the late 80s and got hooked.

Who is your current favorite player? Roy is a joy to watch. Still have a special place in my heart for Sheed.

Who is your All Time favorite player? First favorite was Kersey. Later my favorites were Pippen, Sabonis and Sheed.

What was your favorite moment? Probably Pippen's big 3 vs Utah

Moved to Portland from NYC in 1996. Was not a fan of a team before, but a fan of several players, Hakeem among them. Found out the Rockets were going to play the Blazers and bought a ticket to the game. Still love Hakeem - but sitting in the crowd with the entire arena going crazy for the Blazers it was hard to stay neutral... - so I guess 1996.

Roy probably - but I appreciate most of them and I am really excited to see what Greg, Rudy and Jerryd can do.

Hard to say. I loved Hakeem. I loved Barkley, but Roy is just as high I guess.

I ignore most BBF threads for a few weeks and everybody leaves! And everyone who remained is arguing.

I'm pretty low profile usually, but I've got to answer roll call.

How long have you been a fan? Since around 1980. My earliest memory is the Billy Ray Bates buzzer-beater.

Who is your current favorite player? Brandon Roy. He's from my alma mater, I rooted for the team to get him in the draft, was thrilled that night and ever since. Yay for KP.

Who is your All Time favorite player? That's so tough, there's so many. Hrm, I'll pick a couple. Let's say... Porter, Cliffy, Paxson, Arvydas, and Brandon.

What was your favorite moment? From the locker room after the 1990 Western Conference Finals... Portland had just finished playing a game every-other-day for a month, they're tiredly celebrating, and there's an interview in the locker room:

CBS: "Chicago and Detroit are playing tomorrow, they are very different teams, who would you rather play---"
Adelman (Interrupting): "We don't care!", then nicely finishes the interview and goes back to celebrating. :)

What was your favorite moment? I can't list just one favorite hoops moment. The Blazer championship season was amazing. Clyde effortlessly flying over a Memphis State guard (Andre Turner?) who was braced to take a charge, incredible. Winning the Oden lotto had me screaming, jumping up and down, and turning on my car to honk the horn while visiting non-hoops friends who thought I was :crazy:

What was your favorite moment? Honestly, getting the number #1 pick. Just being at the restaurant I was at, and hugging people I didn't know, high fives all around. Just an awesome time which I know I won't forget. I'm sure we will only make more memories...

I'm glad to have found this place, I was usually not a big poster over at BBF, but I did like the banter. Now the banter that is there is just not what I want to be reading everyday. Thanks to HCP for the link here and let's go Blazers!

I was at that game 1990 finals game 4. I was so upset and I thought the shot was good. I went down towards the scorers table after a lot of people left and someone that was there told me he watched the replay and it wasn't good. I think if we won that game the whole series would have been a lot different.

Who is your All Time favorite player? Karl Malone before he sold out, Reggie Miller because he never sold out.

Favorite Play? I enjoyed Websters big quarter against the Jazz this year everyone in the Garden was going crazy:chestbump:, and I was also lucky enough to be sitting behind the backboard when Outlaw posterized Rodney Carney:ghoti: in the Philly game, it was jaw dropping.

I'm really glad I found this place, BBB/F was really dead and not pleasant without all the great posters who are now over here. If anyone noticed I changed my name from BlazerFanFoLife to BlazerFanForLife, the original BFFL was battling Leukemia, not sure what happened to him/her.

Blazer fan since I heard the game on the radio in Germany in 1986 where they snapped Boston's home winning streak.
Favorite current player: Webster
Favorite all-timer: David Robinson
Play: I, too, thoroughly enjoyed Webster's Big Quarter. Also, watching the Oden Draft Lottery, which led to a weekly viewing of [video=youtube;thTIYCXcx90]

Who is your All Time favorite player? I like all five starters from the early 90's team. They are collectively my all-time favorite player.

I remember that game -- as much as a then 6-year-old could, but down only 3 and still a lot of time left, why didn't Danny Young shoot that thing earlier? Why'd it look like we just quit there in that situation? No one was on him, and he had a wide-open 3 uncontested.
