Love is going to be able to do whatever he needs to, and the refs aren't going to care. In this economy, having a white American player as an MVP candidate is all that matters. I'm not saying that Love isn't a great player, because he is, but when he gets different rules than every other post player in the NBA, LMA included, it makes for an unfair advantage.
