I see Pat went 3/4 from long. What's the story there?

No one stood out. Frazier was probably the least worse of anyone.

Vonleh was inactive

I liked what I saw from Pat. He will never put up big stats at any level but his game will translate 1:1.

I didn't get to watch the game, but it looks like our starters beat theirs in +/-, though we would have creamed them if not for the ridicularous number of fouls.

Our "bench" players were -14, -21, -10, -7 and -4.
Nearly a triple double for Frazier. Only Thomas shot .500 or above.

My only reason for saying Frazier is that his offense at least cancelled out his atrocious defense. The next time Pat doesn't jump out at pump fakes will be his first.

It's simple. You leave your feet, and you leave the floor

That's definitely a correctable problem at least.

I don't see us making the summer league playoffs but we should get a nice summer league lottery pick.

I hope we don't trade it away for an established summer league star like Qyntel Woods. We need to go young.

1st game of summer league showed all we needed to see....Not sure what all the bitching and moaning is about.

Frazier has the tools needed to be the backup PG on this team. Can get anywhere on the court, good ball handler and good passer. Not an easy task to run an offense of scrubs with no practice.

Pat will be a legit backup SG for this team.

The clock on Crabbe is running out.

Nothing else matters.

At any level? He put up big D-League numbers IMO.
I think what I saw from Pat was the ability to take tough outside shots with confidence. He's still a second rounder, but the dude has confidence and that's worth a ton.

He really does have slow reaction defensively. He really needs to work on keeping in front of his man.

This was a nice game, I think Frazier did very good, I think Cauvington may be worth a roster spot if only because I like him and I liked Crabbe very much.

We should use our summer league lottery pick to draft Aldridge's kid. Just to fuck with him.

Frazier and Pat played well, still Frazier is likely a third PG in this league. We need to make a move for a true backup PG (Chalmers or Jack would be a decent get).
I'm open to Chalmers, but I don't want to touch Jack with even your dick. I like how we completely dismantled the Roy era Blazers. Maybe we can lift the curse as well?

Call me crazy but Pat reminds me of Mark Price, but with size and hops.

Also Pat is a good defensive rebounder and probably a decent passer. He's a bit weak physically but has a nice all around game other than that. Also liked the one block he had.
