First-Half Thoughts:
Tim Frazier can go. Dude gets the ball and is up the court in a flash. It's really nice to see the team play with some tempo for a change. Whether it was B-Roy or LA, we NEVER ran. Although it's just the beginning of summer, I'm loving the pace. He'll also rack up the assists when he gets to play with the varsity (ie: That lob to Moultrie is flushed home by Meyers or Mase)

Allen Crabbe's shot continues to be inconsistent. With that said, there's no need to panic. He's not a summer league player, meaning he'll never explode for 25 because he's a specialist who needs others to create for him. I would like to see him become more aggressive on D (that steal was nice) and hit those open jumpers. But let's not freak out just because he had a poor shooting half. He's proven he can shoot when given looks in an NBA setting.

Pat Connaughton is going to be a fan favorite. He's a great 3&D player who just knows where to be on the floor. He and Frazier have a nice little chemistry brewing early on. I really hope this kid gets some decent run in the regular season. Like Crabbe, I don't think the summer league is probably the best setting for him either. I think we'll see his game improve when playing with better players.

Luis Montero had a nice triple, but other than that I didn't notice him too much. He'll definitely be a project, so whatever we get from him is gravy.

If we didn't have Frazier, we'd have less than 20 points at halftime.

Hoping we see a lot more Montero in the 2nd half. He played tentative at first, but on his two shots looked like a lightbulb went on realizing he's only going to make an impression playing loose and a little selfishly. That's summer league.

Frazier is kind of what I expected Telfair to be ... amazing court vision, hesitation dribble, quick as a cat.

Throw it back to Connaughton....bad play crabbe.

Connaught block...44 vertical...hell yeah

I love (the portions of) this team (that will be around in November)!

Blazers doing what they always do no matter who is on the team...digging a hole early, filling it in late

For the first 20 games of the season, everyone calling the game is going to have to talk about how the Blazers lost Aldridge. UUUGGG

How long until teams sag completely off of Frazier at the 3 point line? You can't keep him out of the paint otherwise.

How come Damian and CJ aren't getting any playing time?

Love that floater by Frazier. If Dame can perfect that shot, he'll be damn near unguardable.

Them is fighting words
