Oden will need to prove that he can play well against a team other than the Kings on Friday. But ultimately, these games are meaningless until we get to the 27th of this month. I can't wait to see what Greg's got.

From the stats they looked pretty even. Blaked was +6 while Miller was -3.

There was no broadcast, but apparently the NBA still films things and pulls highlight clips out to post on their website and for things like Sportscenter.

Check out the Lakers boxscore. Looks like Ron Ron fit in and Bynum is ready to become an All Star. Fuck.

The Kings broadcasted it. If you look at the highlights on NBA.com, it was clearly taken from a Kings broadcast.
 
My wife used to work at Arco. She said that the cameras are always on during the games (that's what feeds the jumbotron replays), and those feeds are what the league (and ESPN) pull from for their highlight packages.

I didn't watch either game, but from the box score it looks like Oden had a better game than Bynum . . . making Oden ready to become an All Star. :)

So you are assuming that ESPN or NBA put the Kings broadcast stuff on the bottom? And they took their Radio feed for the commentary? Someone should find out who their radio commentators are and see if it was them or not.

They DID NOT broadcast the game. That is the Big Screen (JumboTron) show with the radio guys audio.
 
They're all tied together: Stern and Cheney, through Halliburton. I thought you guys knew?
 
Those were not the TV play by play guys voices.
