Parker is one of the top 3 scoring options on his team. Andre Miller is not. Parker has to score for his team to win. We already have three great scores in LMA, Roy, and Oden. Miller has to stay out of their way and play his role.

What's his role with Rudy out, Webster 0-3, and Outlaw as likely to turn the ball over as to shoot?

It is likely you will always be waiting. Or at the most you'll get a random "Learn the game, then post. CHECKMATE!" after he throws his obvious answer of "BECAUSE OUTLAW IS 3-3 HE SHOULD BE SHOOTING MORE" at you.

Or not. :biglaugh:

Miller should be playing with Oden as he himself has said he feeds the biggest guy on the team. He also led the NBA in alley-oops last year. Making him play with Joel and Outlaw is taking that away.

Outlaw and Rudy can catch alley-oop passes.

Which is exactly why he should be playing with Joel and Daunte Cunningham, and Rudy. :ghoti:

And RoyToy- what the fuck was up with asking that one stupid question and then posting several times that I wouldn't answer it. Am I suppose to immediately answer any question that is asked on this forum. Give me a fucking chance and get over yourself.

Outlaw is a perimeter player, and so is Rudy. Oden is in the paint and would love to play with Miller, as Miller has said he feeds the biggest guy on the team. Pairing Miller with Joel is a nightmare as Joel can't catch anything.

Nate has never been one to be very creative on offense.

Oden is a great scorer?

He's been a great scorer this preseason. 14 ppg in 22 minutes.

You're sure full of questions tonight. Are you going to add something substantive, or just play merry-go-round?

What I don't like about the cast that is starting now is they don't try to setup Greg. If Greg is going to score, it will be due to garbage points.

Hey mod . . . how about doing that for the whole pre-season. I think many would be interested in that stat. Thanks :D

You mean Blake isn't good at feeding the post?

Who would have thought :ghoti:

None of them. Roy looks for Aldridge, Batum and Blake. Blake looks for Roy, and Aldridge. Aldridge haven't heard him pass the ball.

Greg took 5 shots and shot 5 free throws in the first quarter. I'm fine with that amount of touches as the third option on this team.

Oden has said he would love playing with Miller because Miller is the best at alley-oops. Nate takes it away.

His shots did not come from teammates setting him up.

Thats my point.

That's perfectly fine for me. 7 pts & 4 rebs is a very good quarter. Let LMA and Roy being the main scoring options and have Oden grab rebounds, play defense, and get his own offense on his own hustle. Have Batum play good defense and only take his shots when they're doubling the Big 3. Same with Blake. Get the ball to the Big 3. Hit the open three if his man leaves him. That's formula for success.
