Anyone else watch blu rays or have a nice collection going?

Since Black Friday, I've gone from about 10 or so Blu's to over 30 and counting.

nope, no dying to buy a blu-ray player at all. I'll eventually get one, but IMO the difference is not that great.

You really need a killer TV to notice the difference and even then not all Blu-Ray's are created equal, some look pretty much identical to their DVD counterparts.

My roommate is a movie junkie....He has about 250 DVD'S, has another 30 or so BluRays. He bought an HD-DVD player for super cheap after they lost the war and then found a clearance of Hd-Dvd's from amazon....He bought about 50 HD-DVD's for $3-$4 each

yeah...so we have movies at my place. I dont see the point of buying movies except for a couple cult classics. Give me Major League, Hoosiers, Blazing Saddles, and The Karate Kid and Im set for life
