Cheng-Tsung Pan: Cheng-Tsung Pan co-leads BMW Charity Pro-Am
Cheng-Tsung Pan lit up The Reserve at Lake Keowee for a 9-under-par 31-32=63 in the second round of the BMW Charity Pro-Am to share the 36-hole lead with Matt Fast at 13-under 130.
Not only was Pan's second round blemish-free, he's been without a bogey on the card for the entire week. His second round featured seven birdies and an eagle on the par-4 18th, which was his ninth hole on the round. He split all 14 fairways at The Reserve at Lake Keowee and missed just one GIR. He will now turn his attention to The Preserve at Verdae for the third round.
Richy Werenski wins Web.com Tour's BMW Charity Pro-Am
Richy Werenski won the BMW Charity Pro-Am on Sunday for his first Web.com Tour title, finishing with his second straight 6-under 65 for a two-stroke victory.
Werenski, the 24-year-old former Georgia Tech player who won the Golf Channel's "Big Break" series last year, birdied the par-5 15th and 16th holes and closed with two pars at the Thornblade Club. He finished the three-course event at 21-under 265.
