Horton vs Hamilton

That's a great clip & Rizzuto's excitement & call only added to it. It was a lot of fun watching Hamilton throw that pitch. On a sad note the batter in that clip Cleveland's Tony Horton had a very sad ending to his career which took place that very season 1970. He took himself out of a game against the California Angels later that season while going through a very bad slump. And because of the slump he was going through & the constant booing of fans he attempted suicide following that game. Thankfully he recovered but his career was over at the young age of 25.

Ha! Sorry Rick, I just watched the floater clip, and Thurmon Munson scrabbled to make the catch in foul territory. As I kid I used to practice ripping off the mask like Munson. As I got older I developed the ability to use it as an 'inadvertent' projectile aimed as the ump that was being hard on my pitcher.

I think spades is also on the reddit board Steve. But year, lets get more of the old gang back together. As far as face book without there proper names I'd never find them there. I'll send you a PM.
