It's actually incredibly good. The healthcare is a subplot, but leads the main actor to commit illegal acts to pay for Healthcare.

Honestly its really sad that the whole premise of the should would not exist without our current healthcare system. Other than that, the show is about gansters, cartels and drugs. Healthcare really plays no part in the story line and not worth focusing on as a reason to not watch the show. Its well written and the cinematography is amazing. It is a piece of modern art.

It is hard to sit down and dedicate 5 seasons worth of watching a show.

Wifey has no interest in watching it either. I tried to get her to watch Dexter with me but we only got 2 episodes deep. She hated it and I abandoned it because it is hard to watch something like that by yourself with work, kids, wife etc.

We are avid American Horror Story fans though.
 
el prez only sex tape was one he rented from Blockbuster and didn't return since they went out of business...
 
Better Call Saul is a good show, I haven't kept up with it but I've watched the first few seasons and will likely finish it at some point.

I think I started watching a few episodes from the season after his brother burnt his house down. It is well written and definitely keeps you interested.
