I tried to work out an instrumental version of "Friend of the Devil" tonight. American Beauty is such a great album. I saw Bob live many times with the Dead or with his band Rat Dog.

This is a really strange ending to a rock and roll story...the two drummers, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart are the only surviving members...usually the drummers are the first to go. These two guys really did survive like the song says!
