I don't know what they are either, are they like blisters? I'm guessing just give it time, that usually does the trick.

Seriously that is gross. I am a nice guy so here is some info on treatment.

As for boils, just Wiki it or google it. Chances are, they'll be of more help than someone saying "This thread is useless without pics" in response to your question
