He's been outstanding since the Pitt series where i thought he struggled some.
 
Another great effort and win. You can see the confidence growing in the team. Really awesome exciting stuff for this young team. Anything is possible at this point.
 
Something to keep an eye on is Kakko...didnt see much of him in the 2nd half of the game...hope didn't get dinged up.
 
They interviewed KK on ESPN so he must be ok i guess. They may have used him a little less late for defensive reasons.

Good....at least he's not hurt....hopefully Gallant puts a little more trust in him going forward. Playing minutes in the 3rd period in the playoffs, especially with the lead, is valuable experience.
 
Fox was amazing. His best game of the playoffs. Brian leetch like performance.

Of course U watched the game and now I've rushed over to see what the font of hockey knowledge (or shall I say gravy boat of hockey knowledge) has in store to enlighten a poor uneducated hockey rube like myself. 5-0 now against the Bolts but nothing is over and I expect Tampa to come out roaring again just think the Rangers are the better team as I have all year. Beginners luck I guess.
 
Yeah, fox looked a lot better tonight. I still fully anticipate an off-season procedure for him of some kind but he was noticeably better tonight than in their previous games.

Dude you only show up when the Rangers win. We all know it. But good to see you and glad that you were right and I was wrong! I was not a believer in what the Rangers were doing earlier in the season and how it would translate to postseason success. But they are growing and improving with every passing game and i am loving it. Probably more so than you since you obviously knew this was going to happen. You must have discovered time travel and happened across a sports almanac from 2035. From now on Im going to call you Biff.
 
This team is very resilient to overcome a questionable one way call leading to the first TB goal. I agree the kid line should get more time they've earned it. Kakko and Laf only had 10 minutes of ice time but can't question GG when he keeps winning. Igor is an incredible story, comes into the season not even as the established #1 and takes the spot and deserves the MVP. Little sloppy at the end not getting the puck cleared but the Rangers dominated the game again. It will be interesting to see the crowd mix in Tampa, lots of relocated Rangers fans there.
 
Shesterkin was definately the clear #1 goalie coming into the year. He has been since he came up basically.

I thought he looked smart on the ice tonight. Not sure if it was preparation or instincts or both but he was very poised.
 
Fox isn't the quickest guy but he has a great knack for waiting the play out and then striking.

Fuck off with that because I was on those ESPN boards back in the mid-late 90's until they got shut down. If anything you are the new comer....but its cool Biff. You keep pretending.
 
No fighting. We all have love for each other...some just only show up when it's convenient and run for cover when it's not.
 
I don't remember you being such a cursing baby on the ESPN board but U remember dis, bis, Jerry can think of a few others. Either way just clearing up your error.
 
Haha, the guy on ESPN just said it was Vanbiesbrouck in net during the 94 run.
 
The bold guy? ESPN is a complete joke. No post-game. They put that annoying bold guy on after to do the post-game. No Messier, Levy or Chelios.
 
Let's hope they play with the same intensity on the road as they do at home. They didn't do that vs. Pitt and Carolina until it was a road elmination game.

Sorry, didn't realize you had such delicate sensibilities. Oh yeah, disturbed still lurks on here from time to time, haven't seen JerryNJ in years. No problem with you cleaning up my errors as Im sure you have no issue with me cleaning up yours! Lets go Rangers!
 
I love a good debate, you call me out specifically after another great Rangers win and I'm happy to go back and forth as I have for years but instead of name calling and the internet tough guy mocking point out things where I've been wrong. It's happened many times over the years.
