Now they're saying he didn't have a gun when they found him, so did he get shot in the throat during the confrontation with police and then lay wounded in the boat all day?

That's the thing though, Nobody is talking about how it's so much easier to write things down on paper then to say them without showing emotion. Then again maybe he has some Polygraph lie detector hooked up to him. Would it still work the same way?

I want to know about the weird 'hearing' in his hospital room where he was given his Miranda rights. Apparently he was talking just fine before that odd scene, and the FBI didn't like it.

The brother was killed by police gunfire. Getting run over as he lay there wasn't what killed him.
