That's just horrible. I understand where she is coming from but if a kid is in tears and desperately needs help for his mother she should automatically believe him.

One of my parents closest friends just got a heart attack / stroke / something liek that because he was operated on incorrectly by his doctorThis kid lost all chance to save his mother because an operator was being idioticIt's these people that if I saw on the street I'd <Censored>' beat them with a machete
