I used to smoke Kamel Reds and Camel Wides. I smoked from age 13-20ish and quit then started again for a bit at 25. I quit when I started smoking marijuana, for some reason when I was high and smoked a cigarette I would get really ill and sometimes puke. For some reason quitting was really easy for me both times, I just decided I didn't want to anymore and stopped.

There are three subtypes of those types. One which gets addicted and becomes a smoker, one which quits drinking, and one which eventually stops smoking when he drinks. I'm the latter.
