Buchanan, the Blazers' director of college scouting, said guard Brandon Roy, who had minor knee surgery in April, has been working out regularly at the practice facility and has turned some heads with his physique.
"He looks phenomenal," Buchanan said. "He has really trimmed up and is moving well."

Best news so far this offseason as far as I'm concerned. I think next year is the start of him entering his prime, and if he stays healthy he will be dominant. Couple that with breakout seasons from Batum and (hopefully) Oden and the Blazers will be in good shape.
Gonna be a looooooong offseason. I'm ready for Blazer basketball!
