Brandon Roy (knee surgery) hopes to practice on Thursday.

Roy said that if he does well on Thursday and Saturday, he could resume playing in games "shortly thereafter." Roy's return will likely come right around Christmas as long as he has no setbacks, but that's not a formality with him.

he needed 1400 minutes this season to guarantee next years 5.3+ million, looks like he is/was still holding out hope of getting there, only 1288 to go!

if he played the last 56 games of the season he would have only needed to average 23 mpg, as that number goes up i expect a second retirement, or he might wait ffor the wolves to void his 2nd year and try to latch on somewhere for the vet min next year (sad)

still 1.2 million for the vet min buys alot of starbucks, i can see why he is doing it (besides the whole loving basketball or whatever part)
