so Walter doesn't know who Mike's 9 guys are and they don't know him. Mike was their connection to him so they can't tip the dominos to WW now that Mike is mulch... right? So why exactly does he need to eliminate them? It seems that the only real loose end who could finger Walt and Jessy is Lydia
btw... ran into Dean Norris (Hank) with a slew of kids in SF a couple weeks back. I struck up a conversation but didn't let on I knew about the show. Funny guy

Knowing the BB writers I think that episode is going to pan out totally different than we're expecting. I just can't picture Walt being able to handle that weapon, or under what circumstances he might need it. He isn't Tony Montana.

His recklessness will certainly be his downfall. He over did it with the magnets at the beginning and almost got them caught, then overdid it again getting more methlamene than they planned for and almost killing Jesse, then he loses it and goes after Mike before realizing he didn't have to. Meanwhile Jesse is getting smarter- he thought of the magnet and the train plans, he was actually right that Lydia didn't plant the bug (that one wasn't exaclty based on intelligence though).
Like you said, WW is now Eisenberg. We know hes not Tony Montana, but hes starting to believe he is. He strong-armed the Phoenix cartel and after some hesitation he attacked Mike. Hes not afraid of the cops. You're right that the writers are probably too clever to make the lead up to that situation anything predictable, but we've all been waiting on Jesse to figure out about WW poisoning the kid, letting his girlfriend die, almost getting him killed under the train, and now killing Mike. And is Skylar just going to sit there indefinitely without taking action?
What's Walt's personal kill count now, anyway?
The two drug dealers on the street corner... the two goons at the lab elevator... Mike... Gus, Ty, and Hector... any more?

I'm a little bit annoyed how all of a sudden Jesse is a smart, level headed guy. In past seasons he has been the cause of almost as much bad shit as Walt.

Next summer?
Damn. I thought next year meant like February.
Splitting the season up like this is brutal.
Going to be a long wait.
