<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chutney:</div><div class="quote_post">Jalen cannot play PG for anyone. Stephon, Nate, and Jamal are all better options at the point than Rose. At this stage of his career, he has evolved into a swingman.</div>
Why can't Rose play PG? I can understand he's not able to defend PGs, but that's why you have Marbury at SG to switch up on the other end. I'm not sure if you saw Rose at Michigan. He was an outstanding PG for the Fab 5, he's a great playmaker in the right system. Larry's offense suits his skillset because it's a grind it out slowed down offense. Rose doesn't have to beat his man off the dribble, and with his height he can look over the top of the defense to dump the ball inside to Curry or hit Marbury slashing across the lane.
Once the Knicks find some players who know how to set screens for Marbury, you'll see a dramatic improvement in their offense.
