I will say this, Sergio runs the pick and roll better than Bayless. As his shot comes around, Bayless should be able to use the pick and roll with Oden and Aldridge much better.

This is true, but he is a fairly willing passer, not nearly the black-hole people feared he be after watching him through summer league.
