Because not everyone thinks they should tear their ligaments or waste energy on a country that does immoral things. Some individuals think they are not servants to old people that lived hundreds of years ago. And at the very least, some people believe they deserve privacy instead of conscription into a basketball tournament.

I don't feel like rooting for "our" team either, and I think NBA players should put NBA titles over Olympic accolades.

I think that Portland needs to keep their pick and select Gerald Green. That would give them an outstanding future with Telfair and Green developing together. I think that with each others help, they could become the great one two punch the Blazers need.
