Zombie C.J. is horrible

Its not so much the bashing, but the "scouting reports" from some posters that cracks me up.

"He just doesn't have it, and he never will"

Don't quit your day job fellas.

But I do agree CJ probably fits best as a 6th man at either guard spots with us for the next year or so. Long term he definitely has the potential to be a starting SG. Him and Damian together would add a whole different dimension to our offensive attack.

If it's him and Dame going forward, he'll probably stick to 6th man as they're just too small together on the defensive end... shades of Curry & Ellis. Adding another wing sized player who can handle/create would go a long ways towards making the roster click

STOMP

CJ has had the tools all along, he just needed time to put it all together.

After hoping for our own iteration of the Microwave for many seasons and seeing guys like Fernandez, Jack and Bayless not make the cut, it's nice to see CJ have a long string of games in which he gets it done on offense.

Here's hoping he doesn't regress in the playoffs.

CJ put it all together after Mathews went down. So was Mathews injury a blessing in disguise?

Actually I don't think CJ has put it "all" together, but he most definitely looks like he belongs.

No, of course not.

What are CJ's real names?

Chester James?

Christian Jehoshaphat?

Chuck Jumpers?

Anyone?

Amazingly enough, your first two guesses contain the correct answer. And no, it is not Chester Jehoshaphat.

McCollum is a nice player with some real limitations. I would love to see him work on becoming more of a PG and less of a pure SG. Ironically, I'd like to see him become more like Lillard.

I am always in favor of always having true PGs play PG. IMO PG is the most crucial position on the floor and I don't like having a player who does not excel at it, running the team. I just don't see the need. Get a back up PG to play 15 minutes a game and let CJ do what he does best......shoot. He has more limitations at PG than he does at SG.

Almost all SG's have limitations. Wes has quite a few himself. Just make sure we have another SG that makes up for CJ's lack of ideal height. It maybe a pipe dream but I would love for it to be Crabbe.

Standing a full 6-5, appearing 6-6 when loose on the range, Petteri Koponen is 2 inches taller than McCollum. Yet Koponen plays PG and McCollum plays SG. As long as Pritchard's untested 1st-round pick roves in the wild, we should not consider any domesticated shrimp as our 3rd PG.

Thomas Robinson, Will Barton, Sergio, Juwan Howard, Khryapa, so many more...The talent that this team has dropped, you could draw a genealogy tree back to the beginning of civilization.

This is going to be another one of those threads that pops up a year or so from now and makes people look stupid. Maybe it will be me....but I doubt it.

Not

Swayed.

LMFAO.
