From my personal experience, transgendered people can be a man and dress like a man, but feel like they are a woman. These types aren't going to be wanting to use the women's bathrooms.

There are those who take hormones to stop their beards from growing and grow boobs, and dress in women's clothes. These types are the ones who would use the women's restrooms.

The BS is this:

At what point does one become a "transgender" with respect to laws like this? Can guys just say they want to be a female and then get to participate in any female-only activities they desire?
